Supermac's & Papa John's in Dublin

Good quality fish and chips, as well as some pizza options, such as vegetarian and pepperoni. The place is quite expensive, €20 for fish and chips, which is understandable considering the cost of living there, but not for the portion size. The staff's service could be much better, and at times they were overly attentive when entering the PIN on the card reader (suspiciously, the contactless wasn't working). They're the kind of fixed kiosks you can't touch to protect your PIN. We didn't like what happened. Nor did we appreciate waiting over 30 minutes to be served. It's located away from the main pedestrian area, so the atmosphere in this area is less touristy, and you can find "all sorts" of places. Not recommended unless you go during the day, pay in cash, and order takeaway.

This is my first time at this place, and I'm not disappointed. Friendly staff, clean, quiet, and the menus are decent.

Ultimamente siamo ritornati da Supermac's a distanza di anni, durante i quali gli avevamo preferito altri fast food, e devo dire che sia l’offerta che la qualità generale sono decisamente migliorate, rendendolo una validissima alternativa ai fast food più famosi della città, considerando che costa anche un po’ di meno. Consiglio gli ottimi chicken tenders, come uno dei piatti da provare, mentre l’hamburger non è tra i miei preferiti.

American style diner in Dublin. They have Papa John’s pizza, which was a surprise. Pricing is typical for this type of place. We got two pizzas for around 20 euro. It feels very American, with a little Irish flair thrown in. When you pay they give you a number and call it when your food is ready. Seat yourself type of place.
