Swoon in Cork

Not used to write reviews but I have to lol. I was there with a friend earlier tonight and just after I got my ice cream I accidentally dropped it on the floor. Right away one of the staff members was so kind to replace it with a new one without charging me. Absolutely recommended.. also the ice cream was really good. Such a small gesture yet so big.. it made my day. Thanks so much again!! 😭😭😭

Delicious soft serve in cork. Was very heavy with the pistachio sauce and would have liked a few more raspberries but overall very tasty. Many options including milkshakes, crepes and cookie dough desserts also. Not much seating but good for a takeaway option.

This dessert bar is really a fun idea! The soft serve and the cookie dough is great and the topping options are extensive. Would definitely return!

Best dessert place in Cork hands down. I have tried the milkshakes, cookie dough, crepes and milkshakes and every time the standard is top notch! Vegan friendly too, which is always a plus! Huge range of toppings and sauces to choose from, even if you’re picky they’ll have something for you. The seasonal menu is also great to have! Additionally there is one member of staff who everyone I know remarks on his customer service skills. Probably one of the best food retail workers in Cork.

We like to visit Swoon. It is a healthy alternative to ice cream or gelato. The service is good. The product itself is delicious and filling. I feel we get good value. It is wheelchair accessible. There's wheelchair accessible parking nearby. There is a parkade about 5 minutes away. We like to see and taste their new recipes. Each month they seem to have something new. I love their freshly baked cookies and soft serve coconut ice cream.

Super frozen yogurts, I got the small and was still pretty substantial and at a reasonable price for 3.60€ with one topping.
