We like to visit Swoon. It is a healthy alternative to ice cream or gelato. The service is good. The product itself is delicious and filling. I feel we get good value. It is wheelchair accessible. There's wheelchair accessible parking nearby. There is a parkade about 5 minutes away. We like to see and taste their new recipes. Each month they seem to have something new. I love their freshly baked cookies and soft serve coconut ice cream.

Best FroYo I’ve had in Ireland. Reasonably priced. Suggest you get your own/don’t share. Only because you’ll be fighting over it 😂 so good!!

Best hot chocolate I have had in Cork, actually warm and quite delicious. The ice creams are very good and affordable as well with quite a few flavors besides the option of customizing it to your liking. Staff are good and do their best to get your order as quickly as possible even when there is a rush. Cleanliness in the seating space inside does suffer a bit when it does get busy though. Would highly recommend if craving a dessert and you are around in Cork city centre.

The best ice cream I have ever had !

I am from Dublin and this is the best ice cream i have ever tried!! I was in Cork for 6 days and everyday i was buying 🙃. i did the same thing last year. Cheaper prices compared to other shops, but it has good taste and good quality, you can choose your ice cream flavor as well, i liked yogurt based. I would definitely recommend this to others. Please have a branch in Dublin 😁🥰

Not used to write reviews but I have to lol. I was there with a friend earlier tonight and just after I got my ice cream I accidentally dropped it on the floor. Right away one of the staff members was so kind to replace it with a new one without charging me. Absolutely recommended.. also the ice cream was really good. Such a small gesture yet so big.. it made my day. Thanks so much again!! 😭😭😭

Delicious soft serve in cork. Was very heavy with the pistachio sauce and would have liked a few more raspberries but overall very tasty. Many options including milkshakes, crepes and cookie dough desserts also. Not much seating but good for a takeaway option.

This dessert bar is really a fun idea! The soft serve and the cookie dough is great and the topping options are extensive. Would definitely return!
