This is a great place to eat. Kids had wings, pizza and beef special, no complaints. I had the burger special which was filling and wow. Definitely a spot to visit and return to. Well done Talbots.

There are plaques with awards for several years hanging on the wall outside, so we went in with a good appetite. We ordered shrimp sandwiches and Caesar salads, but were unfortunately disappointed with both. There was a lot of shrimp on the sandwich, but it didn't taste very good. The salad was also boring, and both the bacon and croutons lacked crispness. Young and efficient waiters lifted the impression a little.

A very nice place with excellent seafood. We spent two evenings in the restaurant for dinner during our holiday, both times service and food were great. Probably, the best sea bass I ever had.

We must have gotten there on a low day, the food was very average. For a seafood restaurant, my mussels were full of sand and broken shells and the fish cakes were blend. The service is ok, but they were not overly eager to help, took us asking 3x for a high chair for our toddler before we got one. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

The two of us dined at Talbot's Bar and Restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The restaurant combines a cozy, typically Irish atmosphere with friendly and attentive service. We received a warm welcome upon arrival. The food was freshly prepared, delicious, and beautifully presented. The menu offers a good selection of traditional Irish dishes as well as other tasty options, ensuring there's something for everyone. The drinks selection was equally impressive. Our visit to Talbot's Bar and Restaurant was a complete success. Anyone looking for good food, warm hospitality, and the unique atmosphere of an Irish pub should definitely stop by. We'll gladly return on our next visit.

Went here for dinner. The food was good and we had a good time here as well. The decorations weren't our style but they suited the vibe of the restaurant and the hotel and we could appreciate it. Service took a bit long unfortunately, we noticed it with other tables as well. I also felt a bit unwelcome because of one waitress in particular. We don't think waiting personnel is obligated to be extra friendly, but this waitress almost gave us the feeling that we were annoying when we ordered stuff or even when we remarked that our fish and chips arrived without the tartar sauce mentioned on the menu.
