Talbots Seafood Bar in Béal an mhuirthead

Great food & lovely staff. It never disappoints. I’d highly recommend it to everyone, and all size groups seem to be catered for.

A mixed review of this hotel. Starting off on the positive side, the food in the bar and the breakfast after the stay was first class. One of the best breakfasts I have had. The hotel decor is fabulous and its clear to see a lot of investment has been made in this hotel. On the down side, the things that let the experience down were, the lack of parking facilities. While on street parking is available we had a bit of a walk with the bags and cases. The room was well laid out, but USB changing sockets beside the bed would have been a nice addition. To have a shower, I had to step into the bath, which was your standard bath. I think a walk in shower would have been much better use of the space. We found a dirty towel on check in which was replaced when we called reception. Unfinished paintwork around the bathroom door frame, a small miss but a miss just the same.

A spectacular restaurant for fish and seafood, but they also have meat dishes and vegetarian options. The service is outstanding.

A really cute place, and the food was really good!

Make sure you are hungry when you arrive; the portions are excellent. Quality is great too. Staff are lovely to deal with.

Lovely had my birthday there the do these cookie under ice cream on a mini frying pan instead of plate and there lovely
