Tank and Skinny's Seaside in Buncrana

Great location with amazing views!

As always, pleasure to go and eat and enjoy the stunning views and food. Make sure you don't miss this kettle gem. Some lovely walks on the beach and a great playground are close by.

Great service, tasty food and a perfect location.

This is an excellent place to eat. We visited with friends for lunch. The service was excellent the staff informative and friendly. We loved the food and the relaxing seating area overlooking the beach. The food was plentiful delicious and great value for money. We will definitely return. We have already reccomended here to family and friends who have also enjoyed eating there.

Great location on the harbour, with friendly staff and ghouls!

Sorry I just couldn’t help eating the first one before I could get the photo it was too good! It was the OG chicken chip box and on the right is a photo from July of what I got there which was their famous club sandwich, chicken, bacon, cheese, tomato,lettuce, etc, with triple cooked chips and a orange and pomegranate San Pelagrino. The Chip box contained chips, obviously haha, grilled chicken, peppers, cheese, taco sauce and so much I can’t remember😂 The atmosphere is lovely, we sat by the sea view. Hot Chocolate was great, it was the perfect heat not SCOLDING like a Starbucks. And the staff are so lovely, the one attending us was having quite a trouble because we all went at once, sorry, but she still get everything correct except for an extra cup of tea but that’s not much. 100/10 absolutely love this place and is a highlight of my holidays!

Fantastic Spot, casual and suits all purposes!

Quiet cosy place with a beautiful view on the bay and pier of Buncrana. Quality food, very polite staff. Free car Parking next to it. Definitely a must to visit when going to Buncrana!

Absolutely loved visiting Tank and Skinny’s by the seaside with my partner, we came here for lunch and walk along the beach below the cafe! Amazing service considering the restaurant was fully seated and excellent choice of food to classics like sandwiches and pies to more specific dishes such as the breakfast burritos or chicken boxes! Yum 🤤

Ate breakfast here, which was well presented and tasty. We found the staff friendly and pleasant and the food was served very quickly to our table. (Which surprised us as the venue was jammed at 11.15 am on a Wednesday). Unfortunately, as the restaurant was so packed, there were no window seats available so we missed out on the amazing view. Anyway, no complaints here, maybe introduce a few new items to the menu that would be my only advice. (It has not changed in quite a while). Worth visiting for the fantastic views of Lough Swilly.
