Ubiquitous in Buncrana

It's rare for me to review anywhere these days but this gem in Buncrana deserves it.

We were a mix of vegans and omnivores. Amazing food, generous portions and absolutely lovely staff. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this restaurant.

A Perfect Sunday Lunch at Ubiquitous We chose Ubiquitous for our Sunday lunch, and we’re honestly delighted we did. It’s clear from the moment you walk in that this is a busy, highly popular spot, a real favourite with locals across Inishowen and the whole experience matched that reputation in the best possible way. Impeccable Service & Amazing Staff From the start, the staff were incredible, seriously, we cannot fault them. Their service was impeccable, warm, and professional, with everything feeling smooth and effortless even in such a lively restaurant. Delicious Food From Start to Finish The meal was absolutely delicious, and every course felt like a highlight: Starters: we went for **prawn and chilli, wings, and soup, and they were all bursting with flavour. Mains: the standout was the **cod lion with seafood, which was cooked to perfection and tasted incredible. We also had steak options, and they were just as satisfying—properly enjoyable, generous, and full of flavour. Overall, Ubiquitous delivered a truly wonderful Sunday lunch, relaxed atmosphere, brilliant staff, and food that kept us smiling from first bite to the last. We’ll absolutely be back.

Found by chance with Google maps and took a punt on it- not disappointed had the beef short rib which was delicious 😋 very busy (Monday night) and quite noisy but food really good 👍

Fabulous! If in Buncrana - go! What a delicious treat. Warm welcome, delicious food and even tourist advice. Fish of the day special will not be forgotten, followed by a yummyoist chocolate oozing brownie!!

We ate here on Thursday, great experience. Food was so fresh and tasty. The staff were excellent, friendly efficient and very patient. We cycled from Mizen head to Malin and this was one of our top 3 eating along the whole length of the country!!

We had a fantastic meal in their comfortable restaurant. The menu is excellent and thete is something for everyone. the Chouda waz nice and soup of the day was spicy but excellent. pork belly took the fancy of 3 of us and they raved about it. i had short rib and it was so tender. the others had rissoto or chicken burger and we were all delighted with our choices. I cant remember the two names of the guys but thank you for your service and appreciated the entire experience. well worth a visit at an average of €30 per head including 2 drinks. would definetly eat there again
