Tara's Tea Rooms in Cork

Has a really great breakfast here this morning. I cannot remember the last time I had proper tea like this. Highly recommend!

You won't be disappointed lovely staff and good food

I certainly don't know how to describe this place, but I'll do it somehow. We went by chance for a coffee one day mid-morning. I was surprised by the atmosphere both inside and on the small and charming terrace. A lovely, cheerful, and friendly girl served us with a big smile on her face. The coffees were made with great care. The service was provided by an outgoing and very helpful guy. Espresso was very good and the latte was even better. We returned a second and third time. This last time, to order the soup of the day. Excellent Italian-style soup. The only flaw was that it ran out too soon. I don't know what else to add, but the price is very reasonable. We will definitely return every time we visit this beautiful city. Thank you, Tara's Tea Rooms, for offering your service.

Very nice place. We had a very good breakfast and were served by a very friendly Spanish girl who explained everything to us quite well. We will return without a doubt!

We were welcomed outside by a lovely Lady. She took our orders and was very friendly and professional. I had a cup of tea and my friend ordered a delicious fresh pressed orange juice, with a chicken sandwich. We had a lovely experience. And I went inside, to use the restroom and the atmosphere was really quiet and authentic, with a vast range of homemade cakes, cookies and other sweet delicacies. I highly recommend it and will definitely go back there.

Simple and very tasty brunch. They're still doing it right after all these years, it can be busy on weekend mornings. Staff very nice, food lovely, cosy location full of bric-a-brac, and some outdoor seating is available.

Came in here just to check out the tea and ended up pleasantly surprised by their afternoon tea special. For the price you pay it is well worth it and the sandwiches, scones, and cakes were so delicious. Also a great assortment of teas. Would highly recommend.
