Very chill place, the people were nice and we got served rather quickly. The BLT and Ploughmans sandwiches were good, French fries were crispy and not too salty. But the coffee, black tea and oat latte were not amazing sadly.

Had lunch here at the recommendation of a tour guide and it did not disappoint. The food and atmosphere was great and everyone was friendly. They were a little slow to take our order and get food out, but we weren't in too much of a rush.

We had our engagement drinks party with friends here. It was the perfect spot for our occasion and we can't recommend it enough. We were so well looked after and very warmly welcomed. Thanks folks!

Had a very tasty lunch, l had chicken Caesar salad & my partner had ploughman’s ciabatta both were excellent, we thought very reasonable too. Place was packed, lovely atmosphere and staff were very pleasant.. We would definitely revisit.

Kavanagh's Marino House

16/08/2025: Recently wandered in on a quiet Saturday afternoon after a long walk out from city centre and before returning back to Spain. I had the best turkey and ham dinner ever....it was like having my Christmas dinner early.....perfect in every way and served by a very professional server named Emma I think. Don't know when I'll be back...but I will....please don't change in the meantime. I also love their idea of Spanish Tapas.....next time eh!
