Best place by a mile in Gorey for food. Fine dining in a relaxed environment welldone to all involved.

We had dinner here tonight for my husbands birthday. I have to say our meal, and our evening was sublime. The food was exceptional and the service was excellent. We really enjoyed our night. This is a restaurant that takes pride in the food it serves. We have eaten here on a number of occasions over the years from the time it was on The Avenue in Gorey, to now, on the Main Street. The quality and inventiveness of the dishes continues to impress. The menu is based on what is freshly available in season which makes for wonderful food. We cannot recommend The Bistro enough to anyone who loves good food.
