The Bloody Stream in Dublin

After a hike along the cliffs, we stopped here for a drink. The pub is very cozy and the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, a request to the owners: please renovate the toilets and keep them clean and well-maintained. Their current condition is unacceptable.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable evening at The Bloody Stream. The ambiance is cozy and typically Irish – a wonderful blend of tradition and modern charm that makes you feel instantly at home. The service was consistently friendly, attentive, and warm without being intrusive. The food was also excellent: freshly prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We will gladly return on our next visit to Dublin and can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

Very tasty food at Pfähle, especially the fries. The tables are a bit sticky and the music is a little loud, but the food is very tasty and the burgers are great.

It's a very central location, perfect. The pub is large, with an outdoor terrace and tables inside. It's very nicely decorated, although it's a bit dark for eating. The service is friendly and attentive. The food was good (although, to be honest, it had been recommended to me and I expected more). However, the salmon dish was delicious, cooked perfectly, juicy, and flavorful. The prices are in line with the area.

Food is delicious, service is 10/10, they are so kind and nice also dishes came in exact time. I ordered crispy calamari and prawn pasta it was delicious. Thanks 👍

Very accommodating staff. Excellent atmosphere. Fish (and cips) was a bit over battered, Guiness irish stew was excellent. Hake was good, calamari was excellent (and lightly breaded). Maybe food was only 4.5 stars but service made up for it.

My wife and I stopped here for lunch after spending a wonderful morning on a boat trip around Ireland's Eye, and we had a fantastic experience! The ingredients are top-quality. My fish and chips was outstanding—the cod was thick and meaty with a perfectly crispy batter, and it wasn't heavy or greasy at all. My wife’s burger was equally excellent! Everything was paired with two great beers. To top it all off, the hospitality was wonderful, especially thanks to Emma, who was incredibly sweet and welcoming to us. Greetings from a young Italian couple who thoroughly enjoyed both the food and the beer. This pub is highly recommended!

I went with my wife and the food was good in terms of temperature, presentation and taste. The staff were all young, quick and attentive. My wife and I spent €83 euros (fish and chips 23, burger 19, fried squid 15, shrimp with lettuce 13 and 3 Cokes Zero 12).

All 10 of us were very well looked after by the attentive and friendly staff, who provided excellent food and beer. It was great, and right next to the train station, so there was no stress about catching the DART train back to Dublin. A perfect trip.
