Stopped in for a bite and had the mozzarella and tomato bruschetta and it was absolutely incredible! Service and setting was fantastic! A gorgeous little spot! Will be back !! 💯🙌

I m Beatrice and I come from Florence-Italy. As I italian i love good food and the food in the blue door was amazing, i visited the restaurant many Times and each time , Brian the owner was very helpful and i would reccomentd this restaurant to anyone Who loves good food and hospitality.

One meal was fine. The scallop dish although main could have been a starter. My partner was disappointed. The door open created a draft. It was closed but our Anericzn neighbours requested aur conditioning

Food punches well above it's price, with very well made steak and salmon, far far better then dishes in Dublin high Street. Great place to stop in Adare

02/09/2026: Superb bar with really good food and generous portions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
26/08/2026: Incredible food, the bacon and cabbage was legendary, I will be dreaming about that meal for a long time. Additionally the Guinness was on point as all Guinness in Ireland is, this is a great spot to stop in for a bite and a pint when in Adare, 5 stars at least!

02/06/2026: All very well done. The rooms are not air conditioned; it doesn't get hot in Ireland
28/05/2026: Revisited the Woodlands with the IMET retreat. It has become an annual event and I love it. I look forward to the hotel, the bedroom, the food, the grounds, the spa ... It's just magic. Every staff member is so friendly and kind and helpful. Another wonderful experience. Thank you all 🤗
