Nice pub, have had grub here a few times. Loads of parking, staff friendly and a great outdoor eating area if it’s summer!!

We went to the Briar Rose after a family bereavement and it is the perfect spot. We had a function room at the back and it was ideal comfortable and homely. Peter the proprietor is so professional and looked after our every need and more. All the staff were brilliant and respectful of our circumstances. Food was amazing and exactly what we all needed. Thanks Peter and staff for taking care of us.

Great place for food and a match, staff were lovely, good menu, can't complain, only gave 4 stars because the steaks were gone at a 730 booking. But what was available was perfect, ☘️👌👌

16/02/2024: Went on a Friday evening for two. Quick service with meals ready in less than 10 minutes of ordering. Food was tasty - Satay sweet with some spice and rice sticky. Other meal was Pad Thai with tofu. A very generous portion with the tofu fried golden. If you’re looking for an informal meal this is a great spot especially for the ever changing Blackpool. Very busy with takeaway orders so you can find a lot of people walking past your table if sitting on the left. Staff very friendly and service again very quick.

09/09/2023: The young man at the counter has 10/10 customer service skills. I found him incredibly friendly and my mother went recently and she mentioned the boy at the desk and I knew it was the same guy! Super friendly and helpful.
