I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Briar Rose Bar & Grill, and it exceeded all my expectations! Nestled in a cozy spot with a charming, rustic vibe, this place instantly feels like a home away from home. I ordered the Briar Burger, and it was absolutely delicious—juicy, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor. The hand-cut fries on the side were crispy and seasoned just right. Friendly, efficient staff delicious food, we were a table of nine and everyone got something different but not one complaint. Very reasonably priced highly recommend

I had my engagement party here last night and it was outstanding from start to finish! The food was gorgeous and there was plenty of it- everybody was well fed! The dj was brilliant he had everybody dancing all night! Have been coming to the Briar Rose for years and couldn’t recommend it enough!

Perfect for a last meal in Ireland, on the way to the ferry. They were even kind enough to replace the usual "musical" mush with some beautiful Irish music.

One hour wait for food from order to serving. Food had great potential but some of the Order came late and other element came cold
