The Bridge 1859 in Dublin

24/11/2024: Lovely food, well marinated. Grilled chicken is amazing, and the fries also. friendly staff. The place is small and packed with tables and chairs, but not a big deal.

23/11/2024: I'm impressed by the immens customer centric experience of this gem. A small, cosy restaurant with a handy menu and a diverse amount of drinks, cocktails, whine, and even custom ones that were not on the card like White Russian were pitched without issues. The starter—an onion soup—had a well-balanced taste of French mountains and the Irish touché, while I was sipping on the soup, I got flashbacks of a beautiful small town in France, where some French nanny was the cook. For the main, a steak, it was beyond delicious, and the meat melted on the tongue. To my surprise, the salad was so well-balanced it reminded me of the sweet summers in the beach of Germany. The chips ("French fries") were beyond delicious, crunchy, not too thick, and not too thin; the perfect size—the portion was as expected. The ambience and design of the restaurant were eye-catching, which I noticed while drinking the best coffee in my life and trying to interpret the painting in front of me. I would definitely recommend eating here again.
