Went to this place for food. Didn't think bar food could be so good. It was plenty of food. Our servers were lovely. The two girls on front of house really took care of us without us feeling pestered by them. Ensured empty plates were quickly taken and offered drinks at appropriate times. I would definitely go here again. Losing an atmosphere star as the TVs at the front are a bit awkwardly placed. Could do with slightly bigger screens.

Great atmosphere, amazing pints and good food. Barbara was our waitress and she was incredibly nice and attentive. She is pure gold and the place, superb.

On busy days, especially when there’s a big game, it can get crowded and the wait for food may be longer, but the atmosphere makes up for it. Overall, The Bridge 1859 is a spot I’d happily return to: great food, excellent service, and one of the best pub experiences in Dublin.

I visited The Bridge 1859 in Dublin during lunchtime. I ordered the spare ribs, which were served with French fries and a Caesar salad. The ribs were tender, flavorful, and of good overall quality. The waiting time for the meal was around half an hour, but it was pleasantly complemented by a local draft beer. The lunch set menu offered a fair balance of price and quality and left a positive impression. Overall, it was a satisfying lunch experience that I will keep in good memory.

La comida era excelente, y nuestro servidor, Lucas C, era un anfitrión fantástico - inmediatamente nos sentó con menús y nos llevó a través de la carta de vinos - muy contento con nuestra experiencia aquí - gracias Lucas!

La primera vez, recomendado por un amigo, se sentó en el bar con Lucas C. , el servicio fue espectacular. Tenía una petición muy específica de cómo me gusta mi martini y él lo ejecutó maravillosamente. Mi amigo y yo tenemos el estofado de mariscos, arincini de setas y el fish & chips. Toda la comida era MUY muy buena y escucha cuando digo que las porciones son ENORMES! Ambos viajamos por negocios y volveríamos a The Bridge, y no dudaría en sentarse en el bar con Lucas C.
