Very nice pub in a nice and quiet area of Dublin city. We went often because it has a nice environment and good drinks. We drank both beers and whiskey, especially the Irish ones. Very good service led by Julho and the kind waitresses. It also has a TV for the games. Also, good dishes for the gourmets. Good hangout!

I worked in Ballsbridge for a number of months and visted The Bridge on many occasions and the food and service was always amazing.
Myself and my friends always had an amazing time with great music playing in the background, brilliant service and superb food that is truly value for money.
I worked my way through the menu amd can honestly say everything is great but my personal favourites being the lamb stew and Ribs"

Great people and really good beer selection. Basic pub setting for Ireland. Loud, but hey, it’s Ireland on a Thursday. Not an issue. Beer selection is great. Local breweries repped, so good on ya. Cider recommendation was spot on. The issue is the food. It’s not bad. The problem is the lost potential. The squash was way too undercooked in the salad. I get that Europe likes fall veggies crunchy, but there is a fine line between al dente and break your dente. Too bad because the dressing was good. The ciabatta falafel sandwich. The opportunities wasted here are tragic.
The falafel patty was beyond bland. To the point of flax seed slimy. No spices. Add cumin and garlic and salt for goodness sake. So easy to bring this thing back to life. Then serve it on a huge piece of good ciabatta with some cukes, tomatoes and hummus. That’s it? The humus was lost inside the bun in seconds. That sandwich needs to be dripping with sauce. Garlic aioli, tzatziki, tahini, a blend created to make it unique. So many places to go with that and instead it comes off like construction site refuse. I was beyond sad. Don’t get me wrong. It was edible, but I could mostly taste lost potential.
Thank goodness for the delicious fries.
Also the people who served us were great. Lovely folks who deserve to serve food to be proud of.
I’d go back, but I wouldn’t eat here again.

Absolutely love this place! The food is exceptional, the staff friendly and accommodating, and the pub itself is gorgeous. The only area I can say I wasn't happy is the selection of IPA beers. May I suggest having a few additional options in bottles? Even a basic lagunitas would be highly appreciated. Also highly recommend the fish and chips, the steak, the Irish stew and the Irish chowder. Can't wait to be back!
Warning - gets busy! If you have a group, book a table!!
