The Carraig Hotel in Carrick-on-suir

Went for dinner on a few occasions and I could not fault it. Amazing food, I would recommend the beef. Staff are nice and helpful. Great for the whole family.

I dine here very often. The food is very good but the menu doesn't change and there are rarely specials. Service is excellent.

Right !! Where do I start? You walk in, staff spot on, room - nothing wrong with it at all good, you go to the bar for a beer. Me - English guy looking forwards to a real pint of Guinness… Jackpot - worth the wait since last time I was in Ireland. Food OMG !!! - have the steak burger!! The guys serving brilliant…. Right in the center, so everything close by. Public parking is directly opposite. 3€ a day. The breakfast was really nice. A good choice, great taste,nice service. We paid 177€ for one night and that's a bit too much for the room as it was. Can't complain about the cleanliness. Everything was very clean,but some renovations were needed. Our room was right in front of the cooling unit of the restaurant,so we had a constant humming noise that was a bit disturbing. So overall a good experience,but some details are missing for the fifth stat. I would give 4,5 if possible. The service overall was very good and friendly.

Amazing-service for Sunday Lunch. Food delicious and very well cooked/presented. The experience was particularly boosted by the friendly staff and topped by the brilliant chef

Fantastic staff, food and location

Stayed here for one night, the beds were comfy and the rooms were spacious. We requested an extra bed and this was provided at no extra cost. The breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. The staff are really lovely too!

Really friendly and most helpful staff. Grub is great .
