Brought my parents and wife here today and this was a 5/5 start to finish. Everyone loved their own dish and the Baked Alaska was to due for at the end. Definitely will return again.

We booked the clermont for a rehearsal lunch before a wedding. Aaron took great care of us, was super easy to work with and helped with any wishes we had throughout the process. The food was excellent. The portions were large and the quality was superb. The atmosphere was beautiful, we were sitting by the greenery in the classroom. Overall a 5/5 experience and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to dine, celebrate or hang out.

Just had a fabulous Sunday lunch here. I had the Prawn Linguine which had plenty of prawns in a delicious sauce, all served by the lovely Niall who was both efficient & very pleasant. First time there & it certainly won’t be the last.

What a gem! Came here for Mother’s Day with my family. The place was very modern and beautifully decorated. We had wings to share and they were delicious. I had a burger and likewise it was very delicious. Would definitely recommend a visit, and I will return too!

A huge thank you to all the staff — especially Aaron — for making my mum’s 70th birthday truly memorable. You all did a fantastic job! With over 60 guests, everything ran so smoothly and the food was absolutely amazing. I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate. Your service was top-notch, and everyone genuinely loved and enjoyed the food. Thank you so much for making the day so special.

Windsor Bar & Restaurant

10/06/2026: I was delighted to be part of a group from Dundalk Food & Drink that visited The Windsor at the end of May, when we were treated to a showcase of the best food that the restaurant has to offer. I enjoyed my choice of a starter of chicken & mushroom risotto, followed by a tasty (and generous) hake tempura with saffron sauce. Marieta Rías Baixas Albariño 2024 and Segredos de São Miguel Alentejano 2023 were the wines on offer. A warm welcome and excellent service added greatly to our visit. 👏👏👏 to all the staff!
