Julie did a brilliant job serving us today and keeping the fire lit and toasty. she's a chatty friendly warm and welcoming human being. People like Julie make gorey wonderful. Customer interaction is priceless.

Brilliant food tho the plates didn’t match the description in the menu - specially the sides etc. Great fireplace. Service a bit slow, i think they were understaffed. Bathrooms need to improve a lot.

We had a family meal here and booked a table as its usually busy. We ordered a selection of different meals and they were all splendid, hot, did not take forever to come out to the table. Highly reccomend, after a few terrible nights out this establishment has restored my faith in Wexford dining.

19/05/2025: Super good, one of the best places to eat on our trip. The service was incredible, attentive, fast, friendly, and correct. I also want to highlight the prices, better than in Dublin, with typical Irish food, both in quantity and quality. The downstairs is a small supermarket with takeout, and upstairs is the restaurant, a cozy and charming place.

Afternoon Tea At the Ashdown Park Hotel

10/05/2026: I had a fabulous stay recently with my mam and my daughter.We were spoiled from the moment we arrived with an upgrade,fabulous food and dancing with a live band and the most amazing treatments in Asha Spa(Highly recommended!)and all the staff were lovely.We love it here as it has everything we need for the whole family to enyoy!Thanks

They are so professional, organized, and truly care about making the day perfect for the couple. As wedding photographers and videographers, we really appreciate a venue team that makes everything run so smoothly and creates such a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere for everyone. We highly recommend Ashdown Park Hotel to any couples looking for a beautiful venue with incredible staff! Damian
