The Collector in Kinsale

Absolutely delicious coffee and treats- every bite of the cranberry cashew ball had more and more flavor and the brownie was the perfect bite of chocolate. Lovely attentive host with a super cute shop. Highly recommend!

The service here was absolutely fantastic, I got the “coca hazelnut” and added in Amarula chick is a type of liqueur and then my mother ordered a “Amarula Latte” both were delicious, I’d highly recommend the coca hazelnut if you like the bueno chocolate bars. The owner brought us over an extra cup with a milk (alcoholic) froth to share which was delicious and obliging 🫶 We then tried 2 of the cocktails which were fab!!! I tried the “Escape” which is a coconut-pineapple sake moment and my mam ordered the vermouth which was also delicious! (The little sake drinks also come with a reusable cup!!) I would never normally be someone who leaves reviews but I would highly recommend visiting here if you’re in Kinsale- coming from an Irish person who travels across the country annually!! ☕️

I was amazed by this coffee shop. There are many types of coffee to try. The guy who served us was charming and explained different aspects of coffee to us.

Had such a lovely time at this cafe. So far the best coffee I have had in Kinsale. Beautiful, small cafe, lovely owner and offering a interesting mix of your classic coffees and new interesting flavour combinations. I cannot wait to be back ♡

Great little place to get coffee and a treat. The service was friendly and I loved my flat white. She even had Stevia as a sweetener. I am so glad the rain pushed us inside.

An incredibly good café. We had several drinks, all of which were perfectly balanced. Most importantly, they weren't too sweet, just right. The service was friendly. The restroom is very well-maintained. They sell some lovely products in the café, which are also exceptional and great. There are only a few seats, so grab one and enjoy your drinks.

The barista Diarmuid created an inviting atmosphere, and the matcha was the best I have had in Cork so far. Beautiful personality, a brilliant member of staff. Deserves a raise in my opinion. Will come again and recommend to friends.

The salty caramel coffee flavour ☕ 😍😍 How did they do that! Such a beautiful coffee shop & to see it transformed into a cocktail concept bar in the evenings. So worth a visit whether you're driving through Kinsale for the day or there for a weekend. Very friendly owners too with lots of local tips also which helped us plan our trip West.

The Collector is an amazing place. A tiny cafe and a shop with the best hot chocolate I have ever tried! Shannon definitely puts a pinch of magic in every cup she serves. Can't wait to go back there for my next chocolate adventure and a friendly chat!
