You can’t miss this cozy coffee and cocktail shop in kinsale. It’s no wonder why it’s a Food & Wine-nominated best cocktails in Ireland. So perfectly well balanced and flavorful. It’s like being transported to another place in the world through a singular sip.

Great coffee and creative well balanced flavors! As a former New York City resident this is the kind of quality and creativity I would hope but rarely find in NYC let along the charming town of Kinsale!

This place serves great coffee and speciality drinks and the owners are the sweetest. We are looking forward to our next visit next time we are in Kinsale!

You'll get an eclectic collection of drinks here you wouldn't find in the wild or the metropolises of the world and all that's in it, the 'standard coffee menu' fits on one line, the menu runs to many many pages. Come here for a coffee and a hot chocolate, leave with a mulled cider and kids version bean & goose luxe hot (appropriately warm) hot chocolate.

If you're visiting Kinsale then stopping for a coffee at The Collector is an absolute must. Such a friendly owner and we had a great chat with a local regular too. Also the vegan banana cake is excellent; 100% no missing out.

Expect the Unexpected with handcrafted beverage creations at The Collector Not your average café, The Collector, offers coffees, teas, cocktails and other creative inventions lovingly personalized by owner Shannon, something for every palate. Husband-owner Michael works behind the scenes, having made all the cabinetry and beautiful bamboo furniture for the charming shop which is available for sale as well as a small selection of gift items. My husband and I sought out the shop after seeing a front page write-up in EchoLive.ie. I had an Aren Latte & another day, the Vietnamese Coffee. On cocktail night, Saturday, they put up swings!!! Super fun to sway, sip a cocktail and nibble appies! The Collector makes an unassuming, surprising presence just off the tourist trail in downtown Kinsale. Def worth seeking out!
