Great Bar Restaurant, food was delicious and portions more than generous, excellent

Had a most pleasant experience visiting the Copper Still on Mothers day this year. We were returning from a trip to Enniskillen and had passed this premises on numerous occasions but were in a hurry home, luckily were had time to stop and check it out. We could see that it was quiet busy, given the day that it was , but on entering the restaurant/pub we were warmly greeted and a table was found to accommodate us very impressed as we hadn't made a booking and just walked in. My first impressions were that it was warm, clean and the staff we very friendly. We ordered a main which was served promptly and efficiently, I had the steak with onions and mushrooms and chips, my wife had battered fish of the day. All was served piping hot and freshly cooked, it was delicious to say the least. We both had deserts and coffee's and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. To sum it up, Great food served by dedicated friendly staff , management was ever present and directing this perfectly, warm and clean. I couldn't fault anything and would highly recommend a visit if you are passing and in fact we would book and drive back to it specially for the food. Well done all in the Copper still.

We always stop off here on our way to Ballyfarnon in Roscommon. Dromod is a lovely spot and the Copper Still excellent for lunch abd great value. Staff are always so pleasant. Highly recommend.

Quick and efficient service.Reasonably priced food. Noisy where we were seated. Not from the bar but from a loud and boisterous adult group who were very fond of using the f word in public.

I have to say this has been one of the best—if not the best—places I’ve stayed in across all of Ireland. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. We were attending a wedding nearby, and both staff and management were really helpful with things like taxi numbers and bus information. Every single member of staff was fantastic—always smiling, friendly, and up for a bit of a laugh. That goes for everyone, from the girls cleaning the rooms to the bar staff and waiters. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner during our stay, and every meal was excellent—I’d definitely recommend the steak sandwich. Overall, both the staff and the accommodation were 10/10.

Good food, value for money and great customer service. Went there on a Sat night, was busy, but got seated right away. Order taken and food arrived in no time! Recommended
