The Courtyard Café in Celbridge

The cafe is in a lovely setting so you think you will have a good experience. I've been there 3 times over the past couple of months and the same experience has occurred each time. Basically, there are plenty of staff but they cann8t get their act together to serve customers promptly. You will be left waiting ages to put your order in and then also for your food to arrive. Its never been busy on these occasions so no excuses. For me on one particular occassion I was waiting 45 mins for a very simple order and when I went to the kitchen to ask about it, they spent the next 10 mins searching the kitchen for my order instead of cooking it. Complaints and bad reviews fall on the deafest of ears. What's going on here I wonder? My advice....bring a picnic and don't bother with the cafe it's too much of a palava.
