An unpretentious restaurant, not gourmet as advertised. Convenient when other dining options aren't available in the park, and the service is quick. However, be aware that a dropped fork was replaced on the table due to poor service.

Wonderful pub in Bunratty! We stopped in for dinner and got to enjoy the live music while we ate! The food was delicious and the servers were friendly and helpful! Plenty of Gluten free options!

Very good quality beef and nice chips. Sat upstairs with no wait for a table and the food and service was great overall. Pepper sauce was additionally great and would be perfect for the steak on the menu. Extensive menu and would definitely come back!

Traditional Irish Night-Cornbarn at Bunratty Folk Park

24/05/2026: A very good experience; the restoration of the castle allows us to see medieval life, and the village, life in the 19th century.
24/05/2026: Not necessarily first in the guides but worth visiting, especially the park they have recreated around it.
