We had lovely dinner here and enjoyed the service and atmosphere.

We had the best Meal of our Irish holiday the food in the restaurant was amazing Noel was the perfect host and made our night memorable .

Very detailed and and courteous employees. Food was excellent, about 20 % above average cost but worth at least that much.

Amazing experience! The outside is decorated with flowers and I was blown away by how cute and clean the rooms were too. The staff have also been extremely kind and accommodating. They offered advice on where to go and were extremely helpful. They even allowed us to use their dryer last minute and returned my clothes to me folded which was a kind surprise!! It's clear the staff care about their customers and want everyone to have an amazing experience. They succeeded! This will be the first place I think of whenever I think of Shannon. Highly recommend.

For years now, Bunratty Manor Hotel has been a touchstone for us, every trip we make to Ireland. We always book our final evening's dinner at Noel's Restaurant at Bunratty Manor Hotel before we fly the next day back to the U.S. We are so appreciative of the kind, welcoming, service as well as the high quality food. It means so much to us to have Bunratty as a bookend to our vacations in Ireland. We will soon be moving permanently to Ireland and look forward to enjoying meals at the hotel on a more regular basis. Thank you for maintaining such a caring, high quality standard for all these years. It means a lot to us that you are there as a constant and an oasis.
