Good food, some rude staff members!

This restaurant has a warm cozy vibe for a cold winters day in Galway. The service was excellent and the vibe is fun. Soccer matches were on TVs on Saturday afternoon and pints of Guinness were flowing. We enjoyed the cottage pie, roast turkey and ham, and chips. The coal fireplaces are a classic touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon here.

We had Irish beef stew, Cesar salad with blackened chicken, Philly Cheese Steak sandwich and chips. All was delicious. Our server was fantastic. The atmosphere was traditional Irish pub, We loved it!

Delicious food, highly recommend the beef stew 100%. The staff were friendly and kind, and the service was super fast we received our meals in less than 10 minutes. A very cozy and warm pub, beautifully decorated and with a great atmosphere. Located right in the city center of Galway, with reasonable prices for the quality. Would definitely come back!

I loved The Dáil when I lived in Galway, and I love to go to The Dáil now when I visit Galway from Co. Mayo. The BBQ wings and a side order of chips are my husband's favourite. Great hangout for locals and tourists.

Omg! This is a must! Had a daily roast special, my wife had goat cheese salad. This place was incredible!!

I can recommend this pub to everyone; the price/performance ratio was good and the atmosphere was very pleasant even without live music – a clear recommendation!

Traditional pub with very good food. It was always quite full, but you could still get a seat.
