I recently visited this pizzeria, and while the food had its moments, the overall experience left room for improvement. First, the waiting time at the tills was very long, we waited 15 mins before we even had the chance to order and sit down, and the service at the till was just average. Be aware that you need to prepay for your meal, and they try to prompt you to leave a tip before you’ve even sat down, which felt a bit pushy. We ordered two pizzas—one "Can’t Banh Mi Love" and one "Hail Caesar"—along with two lagers. The first pizza arrived after about 20 minutes, but the second one didn’t come until another 10 minutes later. This was disappointing because my partner’s pizza had gone cold by the time mine arrived. One thing to note is that the pizza dough seemed intentionally burnt as part of their style, as I noticed all the other customers’ pizzas were the same. While some might enjoy this charred flavor, I personally found that it overpowered the other ingredients at times, which was unfortunate given how creative and flavorful the toppings were. That said, when not overshadowed by the burnt dough, the pizzas were still delicious! They weren’t the best I’ve ever had (and I’ve tried a lot), but they’d definitely make it into my top 10. Overall, while the food had potential, issues with service, timing, and their burnt dough detracted from what could have been a perfect dining experience.

Absolutely delicious pizza and great atmosphere. I visited as a solo traveler and thoroughly enjoyed my pizza and people watching. 100% recommend.

Best Pizza we’ve ever had. 10/10 sound lovely staff, delicious pizza and sides. I would be considered a picky eater as I’m not a fan of cheese on pizza but their Vince-vegan was absolutely heavenly! Nice chill atmosphere on a Wednesday night, went back for takeaway the next day before we left Galway.

Great service and very tasty pizza 🙂 nice spot, super chill, good tunes and nice atmosphere. Pizzas were decent, few different topping options to choose from which is nice but possibly a little bit pricy for what you get. I reckon this place is a bit overhyped as it’s not anything super special, just kinda ur standard woodfired pizza, but def good option for a quick bite in Galway

Good pizza, not as good as last time I was there

Wonderful experience having lunch at this place on a busy Saturday afternoon. The queue was long to enter and took us about 10-15 mins to place our orders. We went for a vegetarian pizza and garlic bread option which was really flavourful and delivered on the value for money. It is very filling and definitely spoilt for choice menu. The service is decent and fast considering the long wait times. Would definitely go again and try their other options as well. The ambience is buzzing with so many people and action of pizza making happening right in front of our eyes. Must visit place.

The Dough Bros deserve all of the awards they have won and more! This was the nicest pizza I have ever had - the dough is perfect and the toppings are so creative! We had the Curry Cheese and Can’t Banh-Mi Love - would recommend both! It’s well worth queuing for!

If I could give this place 1 million stars I would. I was super impressed with the whole experience, the premises, their ordering system, their highly efficient staff & of course the food. I love their entire concept. They just do EVERYTHING right. Big shout to Greg who made our experience so memorable. Well done to the entire team, keep up the good work, ye are all brilliant at what ye do. I can't wait for my next visit.
