The Driftwood in Rosses point

Beautiful little hotel with a fabulous view. Rooms were very well appointed Restaurant was excellent.

Driftwood is a fantastic B&B with individually decorated rooms and super comfortable beds. You can enjoy delicious food there any time of day or enjoy a cozy evening. The people there are warm and welcoming and take excellent care of their guests. We had everything we needed there, and leaving was very difficult.

Had dinner in the Driftwood Restaurant and it was really delicious. Food was extremely tasty and excellent service. We were exceptionally lucky as we could see the sea from our table. Will definitely eat there again next time in Rosses point. I gave the rooms 5 stars but I was not staying in the hotel, but doesn't seem possible to write a review without giving the rooms a star rating but enjoyed the meal so much I wanted to write a review.

We stayed for a midweek break. The room was good, well serviced and clean. The food in the restaurant was just about average, a bit tasteless, and I thought it was a little on the pricey side. The service was not great, though I would say that the restaurant was busy when we were there. We sat for a long time waiting to have our order taken, so I ended up having to go up and ask someone to come. Not that big a deal, and they were busy. We had wanted to stay for cocktails but thought better of it and went to the local pub instead. I'm a supporter of small businesses, but a 3/5 is about right.

Called into the restaurant, food was fantastic, homemade, full of flavour and reasonably priced. A break from the normal ‘pub grub’. The service and staff were great.

The room is modern, clean and really cute. Very quiet. Netflix was not working but that is a detail. Ross point is a beautiful area. The restaurant is good. Service as usual in Ireland very friendly
