The Driftwood in Rosses point

Called into the restaurant, food was fantastic, homemade, full of flavour and reasonably priced. A break from the normal ‘pub grub’. The service and staff were great.

The room is modern, clean and really cute. Very quiet. Netflix was not working but that is a detail. Ross point is a beautiful area. The restaurant is good. Service as usual in Ireland very friendly

Location is winning here . Staff can be very odd the way they seat you and serve - and lacking character. Get a bit of a buzz going , some music , ask staff to attempt a more happier presence - and remind them it’s just a cafe - they aren’t running a big operation . So when looking for a seat for ONE PEROSN IN AN EMPTY cafe , just be like yeah cool sit eat enjoy . The end . No drama lamas .

Lovely view, cosy place, very tasty food, polite and fast personnel

Went there with bunch of friends and 2 miniatures for a brunch. The food and service both were fabulous. Plenty of vegetarian including Vegan. The Mezze Platter was amazing. Pet and Kids friendly place. Didn’t have to wait to much for drinks and food. Cherry on the cake was Tiramisu.

It's a great place to stay. They have a good restaurant which is really popular. Really enjoyed our stay there.

Funky hotel with kind of a early 20th Century vibe. Room was clean. Spacious, there was an entire sitting room in addition to the bed area. Old-style radio playing opera music when we came in the room and then like '30s jazz in the morning. Bathroom was acceptable with adequate towels. The rooms are located above a restaurant run by the same people and seemed to be popular. Staff seemed to be a little overworked and frenzied. The check-in time is 3pm and our room was not quite ready. We had arrived at about 2pm and told to return at 3pm. Interestingly, you can't show up much past 3pm either. I guess someone comes in at that time to register guests for their rooms.
