Best Local Hill Pub in Ireland....me thinks

I was at the function room above the pub. Never knew the function room existed until then. Excellent venue for a private event. Highly recommended.

Old pub, good tasty food and beer !

Great food, great service and a true local experience. Perfect place to grab food and a pint after walking around the park nearby.

Wonderful people and great food

Very cosy friendly pub with a good quality food menu, a bit limited but what they do, they do really well and the ambiance and cosieness make up on top of that. The food is of a very high standard with particular attention to presentation, selection and quality. On a recent visit I had baked cod and chips with salad of rocket, tomato, onion, cucumber, peppers, lemon, tartar sauce and deep fried scampi thrown in for good measure. I've had this meal several times, fantastic value best in the general area at €16.50 as shown. The bar manager and staff particularly attentive and helpful and efficient. Frequently quiet and relaxing, expect it to be maybe busy Friday afternoon / evening with customers coming home from work.

Lovely, friendly and funny staff, delicious sweet potato chips and perfect pints😋Would appreciate a bit more to choose from on the menu though.

Got fish and chips here and a pint before we went for a walk up killiney hill. Nothing special about the food here was straight out of the freezer Nothing fresh
