Wow! An amazing hotel and 10/10 hospitality from the staff. Traveling with a baby can be nerve wracking but the staff at the hotel did everything to make our stay comfortable and kid friendly. Will definitely be back.

One star off for instant coffee sachets in the room and a tin pot of coffee at breakfast I.e no decent coffee to be had. Otherwise decent hotel.

Had a meal with my family here. Staff was very friendly and prompt. Food was very nice. We had the burgers.

Perfect location to castlebar with lots to do around. Staff couldn’t be nicer. Room was great, just found it a bit hot as the duvets were thicker than I expected. Room service was great!

The hotel has a pleasant ambiance and employs only friendly and professional staff. The food is decent, but nothing exceptional. The rooms are spacious and offer acceptable comfort. However, some areas lack cleanliness. It's also important to note that the hotel's four-star rating isn't comparable to a German, Austrian, or French four-star hotel. In my opinion, appearances are a bit deceiving, but it's fine for a week, as long as you only stay in the hotel in the mornings and evenings.

The Staff were very friendly and helpful

The staff were All Fantastic under the circumstances. My Mother had been taking into hospital and I was living day by day, they kept the same room for me for over a week.

We arrived late and left early in the morning. The room was great — it had everything I needed. The restaurant was actually a very pleasant surprise. Dinner was excellent, breakfast met my expectations, and the service was great. Same goes for the front desk team — very attentive and helpful.

It's our second visit to the hotel as we were attending another event. Absolutely amazing staff, Especially first impressions. A few members really stood out at 5 star service especially Anne in reservations so amazing, helpful, kind and accommodating a super star on each contact. Oh my gosh this visit we had the pleasure of being checked in by the fabulous Felicity. A true credit to the hotel, she is an absolute asset to hotel. As kids would say amazing! Hotel is lovely Spacious Rooms are spotless Loved the fact the showers / bath had a temperature control perfect for kids Beds fabulous Duvets so cosy Our room was fabulous Much better than our expectations! These ladies are ambassadors for this hotel First impressions definitely count! Warm welcome guaranteed and that sets the tone of your stay Breakfast was lovely When the Male manager saw the kids hadn't got anything from buffet He popped over to table and said I can get kids an order of pancakes or waffles I assured him it was perfect I was aware as the lovely Anne in Reservations had confirmed this before our most recent visit And I had orderd 1 portion for kids to share with our waitress to see if kids liked them before ordering for all kids V friendly waitress wasn't sure about option for kids and I asked her could she check she did and came back promptly So she placed order Busy restaurant, but well organised. Loved the fact restaurant manager checked when saw kids didnt have food in front off them - great attention to detail So looking forward to our next visit Definitely recommend Definitely returning as soon as possible
