Overall I was very impressed with the quality of service at Fota Island. The staff were super attentive and friendly. The breakfast was probably the best quality hotel breakfast I’ve had. The food was lovely and there were plenty of options for all diets and preferences. The hotel facilities were well equipped for not only just families but also couples and those looking to relax and unwind as well. If you’re wanting a relaxing place to stay in the south of Ireland then look no further!

I really enjoyed my stay at Fota Island Resort. The hotel is located in a beautiful, peaceful area with lovely walking paths that make it easy to relax and unwind. The breakfast was excellent – fresh, varied, and very tasty. There was also great coffee in the room, which was a nice bonus to start the day. I especially want to mention the spa day – it was absolutely fantastic. Great treatments, a cozy atmosphere, and a real sense of relaxation. Overall, the hotel left a very warm impression: quiet, comfortable, and welcoming. Definitely recommend!

My family and I had an amazing experience at the spa in Fota Island Resort. From the facilities to the treatment itself, I cannot fault anything. Amazing, and we'll definitely be back.

2nd time to stay at foto and I have to say I really enjoyed both times the place is beautiful and the staff are all so friendly but I have to give a special mention to Jose in the Amber lounge he goes above and beyond for people he is such a lovely friendly man and very professional

Great hotel .. went here with the family for 1st time!! Lovely welcome & staff. Food was good. Great standard in bar, lobby, amber lounge. Staff look happy to work there .. so much to do around the area

Beautiful 5 star hotel outside of Cork City. 10 minutes drive to Cobh . We went here for a birthday celebration and it was fabulous and very relaxing. Definitely worth a visit. Also the spa was incredible

After a busing Christmas we stayed in fota for 2 nights. The resort is in a great location, service was top class and the food could not be faulted. From the moment we stepped in we were made feel welcome. The door man Michael I think it was really made our trip. So welcoming every time and very helpful and informative. We stayed in a double room. Very spacious. The bathroom is spotless and the cleaners did a stellar job. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended for a day. The price quoted at reception was quite a bit more expensive than booking on hotels.com or bookings.com. We said this to them and they matched the price instantly. Very happy with all interactions.
