The Four Liars Bistro in Cork

Such a great family restaurant! We have gone multiple times over the past year or so and it never disappoints. Absolute hidden gem in Cork city and the BEST falafel and lamb grill in Ireland! Also love their Baklava, proper buttery and with just the right sweetness. The staff is mostly one family and they are so passionate about what they do, it makes their food taste that little bit extra :) If you're in Cork and you're hungry: look no further!

This was my second visit to the restaurant, the experience was excellent. The food is outstanding, especially the kebabs, which were incredibly tender and flavorful. The starter was also delicious. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a great meal.

Absolutely delightful experience. The food menu is great with many dishes to choose from. All the authentic dishes are well explained . Falafel was an amazing along with garlic sauce which tasted more like hummus. Chicken shawarma was brilliant with amazing portion size. Baklava is a must try dish when here. Service and atmosphere were top tier.

We loved our meal here. Service was attentive without being intrusive. Our server knew about the food so they could answer questions. The food was really excellent. We had not eaten middle-Eastern food for a while, so it was a real treat. If we lived in Cork (we are just visiting now), we would be regular customers.

Living in cork over 10 years and annoyed that I have only just discovered this gem. Delicious food, great service and reasonable price. The mixed grilled platter for 2 was top notch.

Don't be fooled by the exterior, or the decor. The food being served, and the lovely people serving it are absolutely top class. The marinated lamb chops are AMAZING. This place is an absolute MUST visit in Cork. Totally hidden gem of the northside of the city.
