The Gleneagle Hotel & Apartments in Killarney

Myself & a friend stayed there 18/12/2025.. We were there to see an audience with Steven Gerrard..Had a meal first, the staff were great, very helpful & friendly.. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful location..

Positives are the phenomenal location walking distance to the arena, good meal service in all locations and extremely friendly service. Negatives are basically the room and gym. Double beds are quite discomfortable and for a named 4-stars hotel, having a hair dryer that is fixed/weak, common in cheap motels around the world and a shampoo as part of the amenity kit that is a bar instead of a liquid makes really non-sense. The gym is limited with rusty equipment.

Was going to a concert at the inec so stayed the night. Great hotel great food and great nightlife. Would definitely recommend 👌

I had a wonderful time at the Gleneagle. The staff are friendly, the venue is well organised, and the entertainment is world class. The sausages were delicious.

We stayed 2 nights in one of the Gleneagle apartments to attend a concert at the INEC. The apartment was very spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. All of the staff we encountered during our stay were very friendly and helpful. There was an issue with our booking but this was handled professionally by management prior to our arrival. Pedro was a pleasure to deal with and ensured we had a great stay. We had a delicious meal at Fiadh’s restaurant and the service was great. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Gleneagle and will definitely return.

Very beautiful hotel. The room is big enough, the view from the window is fantastic, we had 406 with a view of the mountains and the deer garden. Breakfast is very delicious. Service is kind. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi are included in the price, we really liked it. Thank you, I would definitely come back here. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a nice surprise.

Beautiful well maintained hotel with every facility to make a stay worthwhile. Wonderful well trained staff who couldn't do enough for us right through from checkin at Reception until we left. Rosario in the Fiadh restaurant together with all the staff gave a wonderful service. The rooms were clean & huge comfortable bed. Entertainment was 1st class & later in the green room. Mike Woods Duty Manager gave us a big welcome as our paths crossed in previous employements. A pleasant surprise to see mike again Courtesy bus is a real bonus. We definitely will recommended hotel.

Have a fabulous 3 day's in the hotel,dancing to live entertainment each night afternoon had cooking demo 1 day Bingo,and card games afternoon also had live music in the lounge and dancing 🕺 😀. The hotel also has a bus to collect people from the Train Station, plus if you didn't feel like walking into town the bus €2 each way .The hotel also have a pool if you feel like swimming. I am looking at going back before Christmas ,as they put on some great packages I have been told. I can't say enough about all the staff so friendly and helpful 5* to everyone @Gleneagelehotel.
