Beautiful hotel with an amazing view! The room was clean and the overall interior design of the hotel is astonishing! The customer service is bad unfortunately.. the city cut the water that night and when I came down to the reception to have a bottle of water to brush my teeth, the woman was giving me attitude and told me « just go to sleep it’s late »… i couldn’t believe that she wouldn’t offer water and that she would say to go to bed to us. We were on vacation and it was 10h30pm..

Attended wedding, service was very good, enjoyed the meal.

I was visiting for 1 day so I cannot comment on accommodation.

A nice place however I did have a man come into my room after he knocked once and didn't give me a chance to answer. Made me feel uncomfy. I was here for a work event and it was a nice day and evening but this incident and being out so far looses stars

We went for family afternoon tea for a birthday. Little bit pricey for the content- egg sambos, ham & cheese (low cost price) smoked salmon fair enough & chicken. Having said that it was tasty and the blueberry dessert was superb. We would have bought a tray of that to take home, wow. Compliments to chef! Service was very friendly but little slow, we were about >40 minutes waiting but didn't mind as great chance to chat. I would definitely return and we really enjoyed our day out & the view is beautiful, we walked the beach after.

Golf course is terrific, but the golf and hotel room package is overpriced. Hotel and rooms are nice, but on the ordinary. The Jameson bar is loud, and food is unremarkable.

Great location. Beautiful setting. Facilities could be better maintained and housekeeping completely missed our room a couple of days. Service could be improved too, particularly in the Jameson bar; very unorganized and service appeared to be random; sometimes we felt ignored. Golf was shop was very helpful and easy to work with. Great caddies and golf was a relative bargain for the experience. Malahide is a short distance Fell short of expectations but negatives aside, I would enjoy returning someday.
