Passed by so many times over the years but stopped yesterday! What a great meal, monkfish/scampi starter was excellent, pan fried Hake, superb! We will never pass without stopping in future, highly recommended!

Didn't reserve - stopped on the off chance after our visit to Hook Lighthouse. Great customer service and delicious food! I had the sirloin - fantastic!

Loved finding this place to park our Campervan and have a feed! Staff were lovely, great table service. Food was beautiful. Campsite was great, beautiful views, best amenities I’ve come across yet - very clean private bathroom, no additional cost to use the shower. Highly recommend.

When in the area this treat is not to be missed a family run restaurant providing quality food. Simon & his family have it down to a tee. So much so that the brown bread is made by Simon's mam it's the best brown bread we've had in many years.

An excellent fish restaurant where you get good quality fish; the portions are really large and relatively pleasant. Definitely recommended, and I will be back soon.

Fabulous food and welcoming staff and dog friendly. Lots of outdoor seating and covered patio area that’s dog friendly.

This Restaurant is outstanding. The fish here is so fresh you can taste the salt from the sea. We ordered Black Sole and received two on each plate, an abundance of vegetables and potatoes accompanied the dish.

We had a very enjoyable meal at The Hollow and were impressed with both the quality of the food and the atmosphere of the restaurant. The fish dishes were excellent and it's easy to see why fish is considered a speciality here. The seasoned vegetables and mashed potatoes were particularly good – the mash was delicious, and all the accompaniments were cooked and presented beautifully. The bread also deserves a special mention, as it was exceptionally good. The ambience was warm and welcoming, making for a very pleasant dining experience. The only small criticism from our group was that one person found their burger a little dry. However, this was a minor issue and did not detract from what was otherwise an excellent meal. Overall, we were very happy with our visit and would gladly return.
