The Hollow Bar & Seafood Restaurant in

02/10/2025: Incredible value at 60e. The food was all top class. The service was great & friendly. The interior is small with limited seating (I think 25-30 seats) with a lovely ambience. There's room for bigger groups but seems to work well for 2-6 sizes. The attention-to-detail is excellent from food to style to service. There's plenty of free street parking outside. The restaurant is a bit in the middle of nowhere so driving or a taxi (or cycling) would be the more appropriate forms of getting to this gem. I'd love to go back if I'm ever in Leitrim/Roscommon again. This is a must for any visitor to the area.

29/09/2025: Following an easy booking on-line, our dining experience was fantastic. The menu had plenty of options to choose from, the food was absolutely amazing, the portions were excellent to allow us to enjoy the dinner, and the staff were excellent. It was a pleasure and very memorable experience.
