Delicious Sunday lunch. A treat as it is quite expensive. Service is always great and food is always great! Chicken supreme Andalusia and duck salad were lovely. Chocolate brownie special was fabulous and also creme brulee! Restaurant could have been slightly warmer. Starter prawns weren’t fantastic. The bathrooms are so cool and love the decor. We have been coming for years.

Bit disappointed with the Sunday roast. Although the roast beef was good and there was a decent portion, ‘All the trimmings’ it was not. This consisted of one roast potato, some mashed potato, a single small stem of broccoli and a couple of small carrot batons. The Yorkshire was completely dry. What a shame. Wasn’t exactly busy either.

Enjoyed a fabulous meal here with friends. Great service & atmosphere. Good selection on menu. Would highly recommend paying a visit soon. I'll definitely be back.

Amazing, as always. Pure class, beautiful, high quality food, fab wine list, friendly welcoming atmosphere. It is always a great night out, a celebration and a joy. Love it here.

For many years The Hungry Monk was a favourite of ours. Since the Covid Lockdown A return visit proved a very pleasant experience and well worth it. we were very impressed with the standard of food and we were spoilt for choice. service and atmosphere was great we really enjoyed our evening. We plan a return visit soon

29/10/2024: Shame there minerals are the baby bottles proberly brought in from the north of Ireland. Great food and staff
30/09/2024: Food is good (replace dry skinny french fries with chips) - but the cost of soft drinks takes the proverbial. A 200ml tiny bottle of coke for €3 - aka €5 for a standard 330ml can is The Burnaby laughing at their customers. The staff were embarrassed when I said how small the bottle is. The place isn't that busy and won't be if you're treating Greystones locals like that. Reputation and trust are important.
