Lovely food had here and service was good. A nice experience.

Fabulous food, service and atmosphere. Although prices getting a bit high these days, like everywhere. (Energy costs have risen so much, it’s not their fault) Highly recommended anyway!

We went to the Bistro, where we were looked after by Nicholas and his team.

Lovely atmosphere and while my dish (surf and turf) was ok, my mother ordered the most spectacular wild caught fresh cod with a prosecco and Chive cream sauce! There were many fabulous items to choose from; just regretted my order. Napkins and cutlery were flimsy and canteen like which was suprising. Food and ambience made up for these little shortcomings.

Had a lovely night here. A very welcoming place. Really made feel so comfortable. Only a few mins to wait before getting table Had previously booked. A lovely atmosphere, a little dark but the candle effect was beautiful and made it feel romantic. A beautiful selection on the menu. Delicious and hot. Great flavours. Great comadary amongst the Staff. Asked us on more than one occasion was everything good. Toilets spotless. Will be back. Highly recommended.

I have always loved coming here, from when I was young, to now. The food and the service has always been great. I would always highly recommend. This time round I shared the cote de beuf and it was very very nice. Great decision.

They had an offer on for steaks ,the food was good and service prompt however the steak for the overall cost of the meal outside of rhe offer was nearly uncutable ,very chewy and bloated out when cooked. The person I was with had the same steak but was able to cut and eat easier. Only one side of the resteraunt was open due to demand so quite cramped however they glady put the ac on

This restaurant has good food options. The restaurant itself was very dirty but had good food 👍. They played very weird monk music which was interesting. Dark interiors, with a goth vibe. The staff were very nice and friendly. Good for kids!

We went on business to wicklow after moving to wexford after twenty years.oh my god still the same a bit bigger but as good as before.we met NICK the manager still there after 25 years still as good as ever .the atmosphere was great food was really really good we cleaned our plates.we had seafood .we can say it hasn't changed since our host pat was there.we are definitely going back well done hungry monk staying the same.
