The Kingsley in Cork

I have only used the leisure facilities, the outdoor pool is fantastic, warm with a nice view, the spa area is very nice, they have heated beds, a water feature and nice background music to help you relax, and every kind of sauna you could possibly think of plus a jacuzzi! I have seen in other spa's a fruit bowl, which I thought was a great idea and something I would have liked added and, please, larger size dressing gowns, small people look fine in larger dressing gowns, big people just look stupid!

Lovely hotel couldn't look for anything more staff was so friendly would recommend this hotel to anyone who is just looking for a,nite away the room was lovely also no complains hope to return some day

It was such a great experience and pleasure the Kingsley is definitely the hotel out there for afternoon tea the host michelle Curran was absolutely a fantastic host who made sure our valentines date even more special this lady is the best host I've ever had the pleasure to have absolutely outstanding lady please let her know how much she made our date and date more special full marks 😀 💓💓💓

Myself and my friend stayed on a long overdue girls night away. The check in was super easy and the room was FABULOUS. Unfortunately my friend developed a medical issue which required an ambulance, the Hotel staff, Gillian in particular, went above and beyond. She stayed with us during the event, attending to my friend with cold compresses and back rubs. When the ambulance eventually arrived (2.5 hours later) she helped taking my friends bag to the ambulance. She really couldn't have done more for unless she was a trained doctor herself. She requested I follow up with her as soon as I had news. Honestly, Gillian is the Kingsley and I couldn't recommend it highly enough. We look forward to our return visit but I will make sure my friend has a clean bill of health beforehand 🤣.

Just spent 4 wonderful days in this amazing hotel .From the moment you check in the welcome is there from Brian and reception team .The staff in the breakfast area Jenny ,Michelle Mureen and others are so nice friendly and nothing is too much trouble and of course the choice is A1.We had a room overlooked looking the Lee which is so relaxing and peaceful.The room itself attention to detail is obvious and looked over by a wonderful lady Helga The bar food is excellent and again very efficient staff friendly There is nothing in The Kingsley to fault and I was delighted they won Gold for running a superb Hotel with wonderful staff Well done to you all you should take a bow you so deserve it

They really need to clean the gym toilets and showers

Brilliant hotel staff can't do enough for you Brilliant cafe here always very very busy fantastic views from cafe ,restaurant again staff very helpful menu very good , breakfast here is the best I had not only dou get your usual cereals, juices,pancakes, yogurt, full irish breakfast, fruits, you can also choose from the breakfast menu free of charge , the spa here is the best I have been they have a large outside jacuzzi overlooking the river lee with gorgeous views cannot fault 1 thing from the treatments to the spa staff fantastic, lots parking, wheelchair accessible, wheelchair friendly also child friendly WiFi very good

Mi amigo que vive en Cork reservó el té de la tarde para nosotros para un placer ya que estaba de visita desde Escocia. El hotel en sí es precioso y el té de la tarde era bueno, pero el servicio no era genial en absoluto. Nos sentamos y nos preguntaron si queríamos té o café (sin opciones de té o tipo de café) luego minutos después llegó la comida que se colocó en la mesa el camarero se fue sin darnos ninguna explicación de lo que íbamos a comer así que tuve que buscar en internet la información. El prosecco nunca llegó, así que tuve que encontrar a alguien que me lo pidiera... entonces no... nadie se acercó a nosotros para preguntarnos si queríamos más bebidas, más té o café... nada. Tuve que subir al mostrador dos veces para pedir la cuenta ... había un montón de personal, pero nadie - parecía estar interesado en nosotros o la mesa de al lado que también tuvo que levantarse para encontrar a alguien para hacer preguntas! ¡Una verdadera pena, ya que realmente estábamos deseando!
