The Kingsley in Cork

I never stay in the hotel, just dine in. That is why I gave 3 stars, never seen the room.

Food is excellent here reasonably priced well worth a visit

The advantages of this hotel The beds are super comfortable. The room is very clean and very beautiful. The bathroom has a shower plus bathtub the breakfast is amazing rarely seen in a hotel. The swimming pool is very nice and clean. You also have a jacuzzi and sauna but I didn't try the outdoor pool, I was a little cold. the hotel team at reception at breakfast, as well as at the spa, are very kind and welcoming the parking lot is easy to access and large You have a tablet in the room to have access to everything in the hotel THE - the pillowcases are a little small compared to the pillows, and a small refrigerator is missing in the room If you are on the street side, like us, there should not be double glazing, you can easily hear cars and people talking.

An absolutely perfect stay. Staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Facilities are second to none. A wonderful hotel in a fantastic location.

Went for lunch with friend on Bank Holiday Monday and were told as it was a BH they wouldn't be serving food till after 3.

Very nice and helpful staff. Facilities very good. Food very good. Setting by River Lee lovely.

Just arrived home from 3 wonderful nights in The Kingsley .We have been here many time but every time we visit it gets better and better. Rooms, Breakfast dinner all superb .The addition of the Perch for lunch and coffee is truly lovely and is on the terrace overlooking the River Lee .Michelle runs the Perch as if it was her own and she is so friendly and warm to everyone . We love this Hotel and will be back again in October If you have not been there it is really worth the visit There is a lovely walk into Cork city along by the River through Fitzgerald Park .Well done to Brian and all the lovely staff

There are a good few poor reviews referring to the service in the Kingsley restaurant. I have no idea what has changed but the service we got was second to none. The staff were so attentive in the restaurant. We had dinner here and the wings were amazing. The steak wasn’t the best I’ve ever had but the service and wings made up for it. Would highly recommend
