Beautiful hotel, nice staff, nice food and very warm welcome when we were down for breakfast by a lovely young lady called Sarah😊
The rooms are just beautiful, only down side was the wifi not working properly in the building facing the lake, something that should be looked at as we are paying extra for the superior rooms!

Stayed here on business for one night.
Nice and quiet, staff were super friendly, tentative, and helpful. Breakfast was good quality food, and my room was comfortable, spacious, and most importantly, clean.
Great views of the lake and lovely gardens. I can't comment on price as it was prepaid by a company.
I would recommend.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Lakeside Hotel and Leisure Centre recently, and I must say, my experience was absolutely wonderful. One person who truly made my stay exceptional was Rehman, the breakfast staff member.
Rehman was not only incredibly friendly and welcoming but also exceptionally attentive. He went out of his way to ensure that every guest's needs were met, from refilling coffee cups to accommodating special dietary requests. His warm and personable demeanor created a truly inviting atmosphere, making breakfast a delightful part of each morning.

Super recommended to disconnect. Friendliness of all the excellent staff, especially the attention and treatment of Joey (reception). A wonderful smile. We traveled with a baby and arrived very late, so we ordered takeout, we were worried about how they would notify the reception and if the baby would wake up when Joey knocked on the bedroom door so gently as if he knew our baby had just arrived. falling asleep...this detail saved my night. THANK YOU!
Very good breakfast, comfortable beds and perfect cleaning.

Used to work here back in the day, and came back a few times while on a visit from Australia.
Since I've been gone, the sun room in O'Hara's bar is excellent, beautiful views over the river. Food was quite good too, and amenities such as the pizza shed and the new lookout and apartments look great. Was really impressed, great job 😊

I was really pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We booked the family room in July which was clean, lovely and very spacious. The hotel was very pleasantly presented but it was the staff that blew me away! Going above and beyond on more than one occasion. We had a very enjoyable meal with incredible views, staff were great and the manager was so helpful with our wine choosing. The breakfast was fab with so much choice! My little fussy eater was delighted with the pancake making machine and Nutella on tap. When we looked for more croissants at the end of breakfast the kitchen even made a fresh batch! The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool and slide. I would highly recommend this hotel.
