The Lamplight Wine Bar and Merchants in Clifden

Just stopped by for coffee's for two. Very nice.

We are just heading home from a lovely weekend visiting friends in Clifden and we got recommended The Ivy for food. What a lovely place this is. We actually ended up having brunch and later dinner. The food is really delicious. Hats off to the chef. In the evening we had the tapas menu, we can highly recommend the mushroom ravioli with champagne sauce and the braised beef cheek. Adults and kids were happy. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Love the feel of the place and the decor. Definitely worth a visit if you're in Clifden.

We didn't stay in the hotel. We drove past this beautiful town and found this small restaurant. We didn't have high hopes! But after dinner, we had a lingering aftertaste. Every dish was delicious! Our waiter was a big boy who loved to smile. His service was very enthusiastic and deserved a big 👍! Recommended!

In the heart of the town of Clifden is a nicely kept well presented cafe/restaurant come B&B. The room was spacious clean and came with all you needed. The breakfast was a lovely traditional irish fry that keeps you going for the day. Teas/coffee for all tastes. In the evening the menu really catered for all tastes but Tappas and pasta a must to sample.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Ivy Clifton near Galway. For just 110 EUR, the value was incredible. The breakfast provided was delicious and a perfect start to the day. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like a TV and reliable hot water. The entire place was spotlessly clean, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Galway – it truly made my stay enjoyable!
