The Landmark Hotel - Carrick on Shannon in Carrick-on-shannon

Great service and help, nice food, and the whole place looks nice

We came in for food over the bank holiday weekend which was pretty good. Our waitress was amazing, I think her name was Lilly, she was the only person who was professional and really excellent. Looked like there was lots of staff but only one person working. I am not sure who the manager was but they need to take a look at how they manage that bar. You cant depend on 1 person, with a bar full of people. This one waitress was doing everything at every table, madness.

We had a lovely 2 night stay at the Landmark. The family room was spacious. Lunch was lovely and there were plenty of options on the menu. The barman was very pleasant and kept our boy entertained with some magic tricks. The cocktails were great too. Breakfast was good but there was no pastries available on either morning. We would definitely return

I just had a lovely lunch in Aromas. The waitress Rosie and Aaron were so pleasant and helpful. The food was greatly improved but the excellent service and friendly staff turned our lunch into a 5 star experience

I stayed here for one night midweek to attend a family funeral. From the offset the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They let me check in early as the room was fortunately ready early. I’m a light sleeper and I forgot to mention this to them so when I arrived to my room I noticed it was facing the main road. I requested a change of room and they changed my room with zero fuss which was nice. I ate dinner in the bar restaurant and the food was delicious. The breakfast was also enjoyable. The continental spread was basic but the hot table service was delicious and I was pleasantly surprised by how quick it arrived after ordering. The staff at breakfast were personable and warm. In fact all my interactions with staff in this hotel were positive and they are the beating heart of this place. I would definitely stay here again next time I return to the area.

The hotel staff are excellent all extremely polite, friendly and efficient. The food is top quality.

Great night at the Monasteraden Lip Sync however the service at the hotel was a disaster. Just not enough staff in the bar was the main problem

Sent bad pasta meal back to kitchen ,second try was worse ,did not eat,not worth the 26.50 they still charged,wont be back here again!staff were v nice though!

The food and the service was insane...really!
