The Lazy Bean Café @The Heritage in Cahir

Went there for breakfast and the shop was so inviting and the owners very friendly. The food was excellent quality and value. The coffee was delicious. The shop sold takeaway food from an extensive menu and also a large selection of everyday essentials too. They also sold ice cream. There is no seating inside but plenty of picnic benches and tables and chairs directly outside on the pavement. I hope to go back.

We stopped after passing through for brunch. There was lots to choose from all four of us really enjoyed what we ate our daughter said its the best hot chocolate she's ever had!!

Just up the hill from the castle is a quick but delicious spot. The Brie and garlic chicken paninis were so good. Those plus crisps and 2 drinks were 17 euros.
