The Lime Tree in Kenmare

Gorgeous restaurant, professional service and outstanding food.

My family and I have been coming to the Like Tree for YEARS. The best food in Kenmare. Absolutely delicious - chicken wings, Black sole / Shepards Pie and finish with crepes.

Amazing restaurant with an amazing chef, Michael. Staff wonderful and food is fabulous. Highly recommend

Cenamos en el Lime Tree el sábado pasado. ¡Esta fue nuestra primera vez aquí y definitivamente no será la última! ¡Ya hemos planeado nuestra próxima visita! Tengo que decir que fue una de las mejores comidas que hemos tenido en mucho tiempo... y definitivamente el mejor restaurante en el que hemos estado cuando visitamos Kenmare... ¡Las vieiras fueron las mejores que he probado! La merluza era perfecta... Mi marido tenía el chowder & bistec . . El vino también era excelente. . el personal es tan profesional y tan amable y servicial. . todos y cada uno de ellos. . Michael el propietario y chef va por ahí charlando con todos después de que el servicio ha terminado . . Él es una persona encantadora y amable y lo que un chef talentoso! la comida era mejor que algunos que hemos tenido en restaurantes de estrellas Michelin . . Gracias por una cena increíble

Amazing food, service in a very cosy restaurant

I had the most beautiful chowder. The soup was nice, served with bread and olive puree. Sirloin was nice with delicious sauce. I was a bit disappointed in the rack of lamb as it was very rare, but the shepard pie was scrumptious. Dessert was the best! Staff were very accommodating and lovely atmosphere!

What a wonderful place!! It’s like you’re going through the front door of someone’s little cottage but then you enter and the restaurant opens up in front of you. Fantastic stone walls and wooden beams, a mezzanine floor too. The waiting staff are super friendly and the food was OUTSTANDING!! We also have one person in our party who has both nut and dairy allergies and she was superbly well looked after. This is the second time I have visited and will certainly be back again.
