Well cooked haddock and chips, lovely batter and fresh salad. Not usually my first choice but would certainly visit again. Very busy and may have to queue at times. Very clean and such lovely people.

Spending a couple of weeks doing a lap of Ireland. Back In Australia we rate great fish & chips cafes by their potato scallops (thin slice of large potato battered and deep fried till the batter is crispy and the potato cooked through to perfection - try them sometime, you’ll love them) but no one here does them. So the next standard we’d use is the chips. The Marina Cafe has hands-down the absolute best chips we’ve had on our whole trip!!! They were fantastic. The whole meal was amazing - the fish, the salad, everything. This place was a wonderful find. Can’t rate them highly enough.

We had the Fish and Steak special for my birthday lunch on May the 6th. We sat outside with our dog who got two sausages for herself! It's the fifth time we have had a meal here and it's always been top class.
