We had a great dinner! Our server war super friendly and helpful! We shared the mussels as a starter - just delicious! As a main we had the fish pie and the grilled salmon, both very good! Recommend going there!

We arrived with no reservation and were seated in quick time by friendly staffmember .i got chickin balti and the wife had beef dinner .both dishes were done very well .would deffo go back if were that way again .wasnt to expensive nice place 👍

Lovely place for a lunch or dinner. Service was quick, food was delicious. We had the roast chicken with ham and chicken goujons. Deserts were fab, all homemade and delicious. Hot chocolate fudge cake was one of the best I’ve had, totally yummy.

Food was good, well recommended, the staff are friendly and helpful, I recommend coming here! place is well kept and it's very clean, it's a nice looking restuarant.

Pretty average resturant, food quality was reasonably average, side salads were not impressive, portion size was good to be fair. I noticed it was a seafood restaurant on TripAdvisor however I would not rate it as 4-5 star one. Overall, it’s worthwhile for a visit for a decent portion size meal, clean restaurant friendly staff, however the quality is just slightly on the lower end.

23/06/2025: What a delicious and hearty meal at Cogans Bar & Restaurant! We were famished from a long day of travel and thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. The mussels, seafood chowder and fish and chips dishes were lovely. Highly recommend for a quality meal while you’re in town! Very nice ambience at Cogans for a family dinner. Thank you to Garrett for the exceptional service and conversation. We learned so much about local culture from him!
30/03/2025: A couple we ran into down the street recommended this restaurant for our family. This was the best restaurant by far that we have been to this trip! Great atmosphere and friendly staff.
