This food here is michelin star worthy , first time I went I got steak medallions with Jameson pepper sauce on a bed of creamy mash , 5 STARS . Baileys coffee to wash it down , have been back countless times since , their fish specials are always great and always fresh

We had a lovely meal here when visiting for the weekend. The service was great. Waitress and host Irene was very friendly and welcoming. Food was lovely. Really enjoyed it. Atmosphere was nice. They had a man hired to play piano which was a nice touch.

Visiting from out of town and this place was SO GOOD. I had the chicken tikka masala and it was unbelievable. My boyfriend had the chicken Kiev. Great portion size. Service was also lovely and the atmosphere was perfect.

09/11/2025: A fabulous find for two new expats. Great food, an entertaining and welcoming publican with a great sense of humor, and a warm cozy ambience (thank you for not playing 1980s American music). We’ll be back!!
03/11/2025: We visited Cogan's with a party of 8 and got seated immediately though it was relatively busy at the time. The waiting staff were friendly and attentive. The food was excellent, good choices and plenty of it. The slight downside was the price of the ciders which was excessive unfortunately but didn't spoil our enjoyment of the fine cuisine.
