I can't believe how good the dishes were here. I was blown away by the fried cauliflower and the fried chicken blue cheese salad. I'm from the southeastern US and they have absolutely nailed these flavors. We're only in town two nights but I'll be eating here for both of those. This has been hands down the best food we've had in our week in Ireland so far. I'd love to high five the chef.

A true gem in this lovely town. Food was awesome, service top notch, and a great atmosphere. We stayed in the accommodation there, if you do make sure you book as its very popular for all the right reasons. Staff are so friendly. Adds so much to the experience. Thank you

Great food and service, staff first class. Food served piping hot Booking in advance highly recommended otherwise you won't get in. Good size portions you won't be disappointed. Main course chilli and king prawn tagliatelle highly recommended.

26/06/2024: Been from Athenry all my life I thought I had tried all the restrauants cafes around. Well unbeknownst to me I found a gem in the crown as such. My first time to frequent the Town Cafe difinitely not my last as I remarked to the waitress and to the chef Maureen I think her name is. Food scrumptious service first class staff so friendly and helpful. Prices reasonable. Over all very impressed. Check out this hidden culinary delight in the most town that is sung about here and across the Irish sea.
13/06/2024: Went there today for lunch, food and service were both spot on, such friendly, welcoming staff... 100% recommend and will be back next time we're around Athenry.

16/07/2024: Rooms well equipped and modern. Food was great and staff are excellent
15/07/2024: Stayed last week, very nice hotel. Food was lovely, staff were extremely nice and friendly. Nice quiet hotel , there were 4 kids in our party and they were made feel very welcome too.
