The price is a bit high for this small town, but it’s still worth it. The atmosphere and decoration of the entire restaurant are very good, and the waiters are also very friendly. The highlight is that the carrot cake here is super delicious! The cake itself is great, the Creamcheese on top is solid, and paired with the fresh cream on the side it makes it even more refreshing!
The price is a bit high for the little town, but it is still worth the money, the whole vibes is good and the easter deco definitely makes the place cuter!
Their carrot cake is a must have! It's really good, I would say it's the best ever! The base is really nice, along with the fresh cream actually make it better!
Lunch recommended by the staff at Athenry Castle. Food in Ireland never disappoint. The cakes were good, not too sweet.
I see a lot of people ordering tea which they make out of loose tea.
It's quite a small place and the place was quite full for a weekday lunch. I feel a lot of locals come here.

Myself and my son and daughter were there 2 days ago and often ate there when lived in town staff were so nice always and recommended new Mexican smash burger both them had it I had steak sandwich and we can all honestly say it was best food ever 😋 absolutely amazing

We visited the cafe on Monday morning attached to the lodge for a bite to eat & a coffee, not the actual restaurant as we had our dog with us. Staff were so friendly & all of the locals were lovely as well. Got ourselves a couple of lattes & my wife had the ham & cheese panini and I had the goats cheese panini. They were really delicious and the coffee was excellent. It was very busy with customers constantly coming in and out but the two girls working there were fantastic. Refreshing to see such great service it has to be said! 5 stars from me!

Popped in here for a quick coffee. I couldn't resist the wedges when I saw them on the menu and I really enjoyed them. Great coffee, great food and really nice service. There was a lovely upbeat vibe in here and while a didn't indulge in any of the treats available they did look very tempting. Maybe next time I'm in the area!

My first time and was blown away! Best Irish breakfast on the island! All the other food looked amazing as well. We stayed at the accommodations for 3 nights, cozy room, huge bathroom and simply a lovely town with amazing people! Will be recommending to all travelling to Ireland
