The surprise highlight of our trip. Some of the most delicate, mouthwatering and perfectly curated dishes (we had the tasting menu) with a wine pairing that blew us away. Luis and Gaston are perfect hosts. A place I will come back to again and highly recommend!

It is a very nice, quiet hotel that provides a perfectly relaxing environment. ​ ​Our room was incredibly comfortable and featured nice, cozy beds that ensured a great night's sleep. ​The reception staff were absolutely superb—welcoming, efficient, and very helpful. ​It is in a highly convenient location, making it easy to get around the area. ​ ​Breakfast: They serve a decent breakfast with a good variety to start your day off right. ​ ​With its combination of comfort, great service, and convenience, the Viking Hotel is a wonderful choice when staying in Waterford. We would happily stay here again!
