Old Rustic bar in South Main Street, the City Center of Cork. Across from the old Beamish and Crawford Brewary, there's a lot of history in the area. There's a younger crowd frequenting it now, and they have some seating outside. The staff are nice as is the atmosphere.

Nice pub. Good music. Not the best beer selection. Used to have real candles on each table with wax spilling over the bottle they were in, now changed for fake candles. It's a pity, it was part of what made it a cosy pub.

Great local bar. Has a real Cork feel and is very popular with locals. Very cosy. Good selection of drinks. Friendly staff and always hits the right balance between relaxed and lively. Basically has the perfect the combination of what makes a great local bar

Great spot for a pint or two. Don't think the interior has changed in twenty years. Now has outdoor seating if you're hardy.

20/01/2026: Had evening meal on a Tuesday evening. Brilliant food, quick service and reasonable. Had starter between 3, 3 mains, 2 deserts and 3 coffees and all came to just shy of €100. Would definitely come back.
05/01/2026: Steak alfredo was excellent, cost to quality ratio is still on par, 17.50 for the dish but in fairness I felt it was worth it. Alot of places you feel you didn't get value but I can't say that here

11/03/2026: Great Italian restaurant with delicious food. Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable prices. I recommend it.
09/03/2026: 5* food and service. I had the Carbonara and the kids had goujons and chips. It was beautiful and as I was rushing for the airport, they facilitated me super fast, I calculated 6 minutes from ordering to table!! Delicious and fresh, will definitely return.
