Guy there last night singing with the guitar. Belted out Christy Moore and if you closed your eyes, you wouldn't know it wasn't him. Sang a great rendition of The Green Fields Of France. Very nice staff and pints. Food looked great. Excellent stuff.

Had one of the best fish & chips of my life here. Big fan of all the sauces being on the table, food arrived quickly and warm. Staff was polite and the atmosphere was nice. Good place to grab a pint and lunch after walking around Kilkenny!

The staff was pleasant and fast. The food was to the table quickly and everything it was the best steak I’ve had in Ireland. I would go there again and again if I could.

They serve food even after 8 p.m.! Which isn't a given. Typical Irish menu with generous portions. The shepherd's platter is excellent, as is the stew. Fair prices. Plus, they have live music.

Excellent service, the food arrived very quickly and was absolutely delicious. The cottage pie portion is generous and definitely filling. The apple crumble is also highly recommended.

Great pub with excellent food. Very friendly service. The place has a really welcoming atmosphere. We've been there several times and tried a bit of everything on the menu; it was all delicious and reasonably priced. A pub you'll want to go back to again and again.

The food was delicious and the staff very friendly and attentive. A very cozy atmosphere with lots of local charm. There was live music while we were there. All in all, a lovely stay.

Thanks to that, and the great people, great band, and great food overall, I will be coming back if I’m ever in Ireland again. And I give a thank you to this place for treating me and my family so nice.
04/10/2026: Immense, a profusion of bars within a single establishment, a pub, as they say. Here in Kilkini, we enjoyed this place in three versions: pint, dinner, and a shot of Irish whiskey that rivals any good Scotch single malt. Bars and atmosphere all in the same building; probably the biggest pub we've seen on our trip through Ireland, and there are some very, very big ones. Great atmosphere, nice decor, and lots of people enjoying this enormous pub. A delightful experience.
