Had dinner here today, fearherblade of roast beef. Can highly recommend, it was fab.Have been here a few times, food always delicious, and they do lovely breakfast also.

Excellent atmosphere. The servers are top-notch, and their toasted sandwiches are divine. Plus, a great selection of draft beers. Oh, and as a bonus, they're dog-friendly. Thumbs up!

I had a chicken burger, chips, salad & coleslaw and a couple of pints of Guinness. My wife had Shepard's pie, which was a very generous helping. Absolutely fabulous and we found we couldn't finish the amount served up. The food took a while, but well worth the wait. Everything was fresh & piping hot. We will return again shortly, this time I'll post photos

Nice hidden away location, food is delicious no matter what you get, went in after a night of Christmas shopping and was given great service. Can be noisy when busy but overall a great atmosphere.

10/06/2026: Recently had a two night stay here celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary, top marks all round, lovely hotel, exceptional staff from Louise on reception to Olya in the restaurant and Paul the owner, all so friendly and helpful, great location, will definitely return and would highly recommend. Many thanks Margaret & Tom
31/05/2026: We came to kilkenny for the weekend and ate at Zuni twice as it was just so good! Food is wonderful, service is amazing, staff super, all in all a really fantastic restaurant and the cost is actually really good value. All in all a really great restaurant experience! 👌

Orchard House Bar

19/04/2026: Traveling through Ireland, this was our best stay yet. Cozy, clean and comfortable rooms. Comfy bed with REAL pillows. Couldn’t hear the live music from the bar downstairs at all which was a plus.
21/03/2026: We had a great stay here for a week because of work and visiting family. Everything was perfect, from the very comfortable, quiet rooms to the great breakfast, lunch and dinner. It’s the perfect setting with a restaurant and bar as part of it, so it was a very enjoyable week and made even better with just a very friendly welcome every morning as if we were family. We’d definitely recommend and we’ll be back here to stay next time in Kilkenny.
