We had a truly wonderful dining experience at The Red Bank again. From the moment we arrived, everything about the evening felt special. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully prepared, and full of flavour. Each dish was clearly made with care and quality ingredients. The service made the experience even better. Catherine looked after us throughout the evening and was fantastic, friendly, attentive, and professional. She made us feel genuinely welcome and ensured everything ran smoothly. The cocktails were excellent as well, expertly made and the perfect start to the meal. What really stood out was the superb value for the quality of food, drinks, and service we received. Overall, it was a memorable evening and we’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful overall experience at the red bank last night. Hospitality was excellent. We were very well looked after by Catherine and the team. I have eaten beef feather blade many times, but this was definitely the best I've had. Wonderful flavour. I would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking to dine in Carrack on Shannon.

We had a family gathering in the Red Bank last Saturday night and the food was delicious. My cousin loved the Buffalo Chicken wings.

This was my second time there, it's a lovely restaurant and the staff are super, esp the young lad serving on our table. He had a brilliant personality, a manager in the making. The celeraic and chestnut soup was divine, mains & dessert was also beautiful. The only thing I would change is the lighting, too dim, i could hardly see the menu. Apart from that it's worth a visit .

From the moment of entry ourexperience was very positive. Our party of 14 were so well looked after. Excellent service. Very friendly helpful staff. Food was beautiful. Lovely comfortable atmosphere easy to talk. Highly recommend for a special occasion.
