The River Club in Cork

The decor is very elegant. I had lunch on the patio overlooking the river. The food is refined and the service impeccable. I had a lovely time there.

Annabelle was wonderful, knowledgeable, and personable & Marta, the host was lovely too!

An beautiful environment and the food was delicious. The staff was efficient, but not very friendly or attentive.

Family dinner 5 adults 2 children Food choices not suitable for summer dining - chowder and its 29 degrees outside Some good choices but limited . Everybody felt meal was only mediocre for such a prestigious hotel. We were very disappointed as we were celebrating a family members special birthday. Not returning

What a lovely place by the River! Elisa took great care of us and we enjoyed our chat with our bartender as well as our delicious cocktails! We had a lovely time and we will definitely come back!

Had lunch with friends recently which we all enjoyed. Beat part of the afternoon was Raymond. He is top class at his job and we all wanted to acknowledge his friendliness and professionalism.

Great lunch experience at The River today. We had a table on the terrace which is really lovely. The food was good but the service was excellent. Each member of staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Don't think this is just standard customer training, perhaps the management has a secret formula for hiring naturally kind and efficient people? We were celebrating an event and the staff noted this and actually presented us with a sample dessert plate with Congratulations written in white chocolate - wow! Would definitely make a return visit and highly recommend if you want to feel special. Thanks to everyone today. We enjoyed our lunch.

The decorations, atmosphere and food was very good, but all of that wouldn't matter if not for the outstanding service of Raemond - he is a very attentive, polite and sympathetic waiter. Well done and keep your lovely spark alive, this is what makes the difference!

Had an early dinner with my mom. It was delicious and the service was amazing. Giorgi recommended wonderful wine that complemented our meal and he was very nice and attentive throughout the whole dinner. Will defenetly come back.
