A beautiful hotel,well trained staff. Couldn't fault,lunch,or dinner.

Have a beautiful meal here, Wednesday . Our server , Shane I think his name was, Austin stacks man , brilliant ambassador to the hotel. Spoke well and just a brilliant employee.

Had the pleasure of dining in Dots bar yesterday after a medical appointment in Tralee. Our waitress was Ciara, such a professional, friendly, attentive & hard working waitress. The menu is large with great choices for everyone - we both had the specials, Roast turkey & beer battered hake followed by Christmas pudding & apple pie. Both meals were polished off & thoroughly enjoyed. Would highly recommend Dots Bar for lunch / dinner .

Really enyoyed our stay lovely atmos created by a good vibe from everyone we had pleasure to meet. Do not post unless it is genuine, dinner and breakfast of the scale👍👍👍

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food alone is worth the visit—breakfast and dinner were consistently delicious, with plenty of variety and everything cooked to perfection. Afternoon tea was another highlight; beautifully presented, relaxing, and a real treat that made the stay feel extra special. The spa was equally impressive. The treatments were some of the best I’ve had, delivered in a calming atmosphere by therapists who were clearly skilled and attentive. I left feeling completely refreshed. What really made the stay outstanding, though, was the staff. Every single team member I interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Their friendliness and attention to detail elevated the entire experience. Overall, this hotel exceeded all expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone and would love to visit again

Welcoming, friendly and attentive staff. Clearly, the training given to staff members is excellent. Well done on great service and delicious food. Central location with plenty of parking too.

Good hotel, somewhat old but well maintained.

A dated hotel with correspondingly dated but spacious rooms. The bathtub with shower was quite dangerous, not recommended for older people. The bar is very nice, and the food is good. Breakfast was good. The center is about a 15-minute walk through the park.

Very good hotel! ☆☆☆☆ Amazing and excellent breakfast Restaurant with a minimum of two courses is too expensive; it's better to go to the snack bar and concert.
