Lovely hotel, good size comfortable rooms and nice food

Real nice place! Fun bar and good restaurant. Employees are super! Other than a walking trail nearby, you have to drive to get anywhere.

A beautiful hotel,well trained staff. Couldn't fault,lunch,or dinner.

Have a beautiful meal here, Wednesday . Our server , Shane I think his name was, Austin stacks man , brilliant ambassador to the hotel. Spoke well and just a brilliant employee.

Had the pleasure of dining in Dots bar yesterday after a medical appointment in Tralee. Our waitress was Ciara, such a professional, friendly, attentive & hard working waitress. The menu is large with great choices for everyone - we both had the specials, Roast turkey & beer battered hake followed by Christmas pudding & apple pie. Both meals were polished off & thoroughly enjoyed. Would highly recommend Dots Bar for lunch / dinner .

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food alone is worth the visit—breakfast and dinner were consistently delicious, with plenty of variety and everything cooked to perfection. Afternoon tea was another highlight; beautifully presented, relaxing, and a real treat that made the stay feel extra special. The spa was equally impressive. The treatments were some of the best I’ve had, delivered in a calming atmosphere by therapists who were clearly skilled and attentive. I left feeling completely refreshed. What really made the stay outstanding, though, was the staff. Every single team member I interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Their friendliness and attention to detail elevated the entire experience. Overall, this hotel exceeded all expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone and would love to visit again

Welcoming, friendly and attentive staff. Clearly, the training given to staff members is excellent. Well done on great service and delicious food. Central location with plenty of parking too.
