The Shire, menu in Killarney

Amazing place, I was lucky with trying a pizza , that was absolutely brilliant. They are also great at making super tasty cafe. Strongly recommended place.

Warmly greeted and seated in the cafe. All cooked fresh and very tasty.

The food and service here is great. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We ordered some chicken wings and onion rings which were delicious! We were full for hours back to Wicklow so you'll get your moneys worth. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because the atmosphere doesn't really make you feel like you're in LOTR. Other than everything on the menu being called "The Shire" that's about it. There's also a bit of a creepy animal on the wall haha But I'd still recommend this place to people.

Cheap food, pretty cheap beer, cool vibe

My ladies brought me here for food for my hen night meal and I can't thank them enough because this place was amazing, the chicken wings for started would have done as a main cause there was loads and the blue cheese dip is delish, just like in America. I got the shire burger for mains and was delish too, juicy burger and no soggy bun. I have to say a special mention to Donagh and Mark, there attention to detail and double checking with me first before any decisions were made was a great touch. Thanks again lads for a great night. Brilliant place for food, drink and entertainment...

We stopped for drinks on a Sunday night first time in Ireland. Fans of LOR.Bartender was excellent! Gave us tips about places to visit in Ireland. Told us about the history of The Shire. You have to try The Hobbit Juice! Definitely a must stop for your visit in Killarney!!

Extremely welcoming to babies and toddlers . Food and service top class.

Fun idea to give the pub a hobbit character.
