Popped into here on 2nd January with family for lunch. Had the southern style chicken burger, which was outstanding. Thick juicy chicken breast with BBQ sauce, cheese, bacon and frizze onions, served with home made chips. Flavour was fantastic and the frizze onions added a nice bit of crunch. Washed down with a perfect pint of Guinness. Service was faultless and staff were friendly, polite and welcoming, will visit again.

The food was delicious, as was the welcome. If there's no seating available, you can wait at the bar with a drink. The hygiene in the restrooms and toilets is very poor. Ugh! You can try not to touch anything, but it's also very cramped, making it nearly impossible.

09/01/2026: We were here for a family wedding. Lucky enough to have a room in the venue. Stunning space for wedding. Food was amazing.
03/01/2026: We had a wonderful experience at The Station House recently. This restaurant is superb. We arrived on a cold winter evening to a welcoming fire, and the experience only improved from there. This is your traditional high-end restaurant, with immaculate table linen, antique salt and pepper shakers, and beautiful silverware. The food is the the star of the show - and that is saying a lot given the standard of this restaurant - cooked to perfection and piping hot when served, which seems to be a dying trend in restaurants of late. The food was served promptly, and the staff could not have been more welcoming or friendly. Thank you to all involved, both front of house and behind the scenes; it is not easy to establish a venue of this standard, but you struck the perfect cord with The Station House.

14/10/2025: Lovely Irish country pub that is a great spot for a drink and bit of food. Lots of food options from breakfast to dinner and everything is very clean. Burger is the best I've had anywhere and reasonably priced too All the staff are very friendly and professional. More than capable of dealing with larger numbers of people too. We were with them for the afters of a funeral and they couldn't have done anymore with food and service on the day. No one left hungry Enjoy
