Spent 2 nights there recently with izzy our dog would recommend this hotel to anyone Excellent staff good food and the breakfast was cooked fresh great staff there

We've stayed here a few times and most recently with our dog. Dog friendly accomodation is scarce in Ireland so this is most welcome, hopefully it will remain that way. Great food, great bar buzz and really good breakfasts. Drink prices a little on the uppity side, but I think this is par for the course for Galway. I've never had any issues with this hotel and would recommend it, especially to those willing to bring their four legged friends with them.

The Twelve is a 4 Star Boutique hotel located in the village of Barna on the coast road to the West of Galway City. The Pins Gastro Pub serves top quality bar food. Relaxed setting with lots of privacy. The staff are friendly and helpful. Easy to locate with free parking.

31/10/2024: I recently dined at Pinns Restaurant in Twelve, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The service was impeccable – our server made excellent recommendations and was always nearby if we needed anything without being intrusive. The food was simply outstanding! Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. We tried a few different options, and each one was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The chef's attention to detail was clear, and it’s evident they use high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere was cozy yet elegant, making it ideal for a special night out. Whether you're a local or just visiting, I highly recommend Pinns for an unforgettable dining experience. Looking forward to my next visit!
06/08/2024: A beautiful bar, the interior is sophisticated and chic yet cosy. A very inviting atmosphere. The lunch menu has some great options I'm looking forward to trying. We opted for the Beetroot salad with Goats cheese, it was perfect. I'd certainly recommend πŸ‘Œ

27/10/2024: I had the 8 course tasting menu at the West. Food was incredibly well prepared, service was excellent. They just need to attention to cleaning. When we sat down at the table the wine glasses were dirty and there were cobweb on the lamp.
02/09/2024: Another fantastic evening at West. The food is so amazing there, the taste, the presentation, all superb. The servers are ready with all sorts of info on both the foods and the drinks. The fish was so fresh, the oysters were gorgeous. Duck cooked to perfection. Last time we went I couldn't fit the dessert so I made sure to leave space last night and it didn't disappoint. 8 course taster menu for €69. It's such a bargain for the evening that you get. Plenty of space between tables, good decor. A really fab evening.
